3 seater sofa is in a good condition. It was bought in 2023 for our office use and later we had to close our parlour which we were doing and used for house use and we do not have any reciept of it because we never thought of selling so. The sofa is in good condition but a bit torned in front which is not much visible and backside there is a bit leather torn but can be managble. Max to max 4 to 5 people can sit though it is a 3 seater. We are thinking to buy fabric one for home so we would like to see.
