1. Introduction

Truzell is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers for listing, discovering, and purchasing products or services. Truzell does not own, sell, or take responsibility for items listed by users.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• Users must provide accurate account information.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining account security. Truzell reserves the right to suspend (temporarily or permanently) or terminate accounts violating these terms, including where any fraudulent activity is found.

4. Listings & Transactions

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings. Truzell is not liable for disputes but may provide mediation.

5. Prohibited Activities

• No posting illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
• No fraudulent or misleading behavior.
• No unauthorized advertising or spam.

6. Payments & Fees

Truzell may charge transaction fees. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Sellers must handle applicable taxes.

Seller Verification Fee: to keep the marketplace safe and ensure only genuine sellers list items, a one-time ₹99 account verification fee is charged per account when you list an item for the first time. This fee is non-refundable, including if the account is later suspended or terminated.

7. Disputes & Refunds

Buyers and sellers should resolve disputes directly. Truzell may assist but does not guarantee refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Truzell a license to use it for platform operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Truzell is not responsible for losses or damages arising from user transactions. The platform is provided “as is.”

10. Termination

Truzell reserves the right to suspend accounts temporarily or permanently, or terminate them, without notice if they violate these terms or if any fraudulent activity is found.

11. Changes to Terms

Truzell may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
